My first encounter with Sean was for an estimate. I remember trying to explain how I envisioned my back yard with examples of, “kind of, and sort of like this and that”. I had no clue what I wanted, but knew it needed to look nice.
To my amazement Sean was able to design the backyard to a higher standard than I could have imagined. Sean is truly a genius when it comes to design, and my backyard has become my oasis. Thank you so very much. My experience with your company has been more than I expected, professional and family oriented.

Thank you so much for the awesome pool Sean and his hard working guys built for our family. We entertain quite often and continually receive enormous compliments on our pool. In fact, most people say they have never seen a pool as nice and unique as ours.
I asked for a waterfall "like no other" and boy did I get it.
When we went out to pick the rocks for the massive rock waterfall, I remember telling Sean, "How are you going to get those rocks into place?" Sean just said, "Don't worry about that, that's my problem." I was still a nervous wreck watching them set all the huge rocks, but everything worked out fine.
I said I wanted a swim up bar and Sean just said, "NOT A PROBLEM." Needless to say we now have an awesome swim up bar. I said I wanted a beach entry. You already know the answer.
It is obvious Sean and his wife Michelle have been around the higher-end pool construction business for many years before Sean decided to start "Cooley's Custom Pools." It's nice to see a pool builder with so much talent in the Modesto area that still maintains the valley pricing.
Sean and Michelle have been and continue to be not only our pool contractor, but have become friends through the process, always there if we ever need them.

Both of you were helpful in walking us through the process including showing pools you had already constructed so we could decide what we wanted as well as what we didn't want. The decision to hire you was easy. During the construction phase we were most impressed the competence and workmanship of each step. Importantly, work scheduled was completed on time and clean up quickly finished. Only minor issues surfaced

We just wanted to say "THANKS" again for the great job you did on our pool. From the very beginning of designing the pool to filling it with water, we couldn't be more satisfied with the care and attention you provided us. As you know, we did not have the greatest experience when we had our other pool built by the other company and because of that, we were very wary on who we would choose to design and build this pool, difficult to work with, I'm sure; however, by the end of the first week we were completely at ease with you and totally comfortable to just letting you do your thing and not wanting to get in your way. Do you know how nice it is to be so comfortable that we could just rely on your expertise and not have to stress about every little detail? Your crew was wonderful as well. Everyone treated us with respect and was at a level of expertise that excelled our expectations (not to mention going out of your way to make sure our ailing dog was safe and even built her a pen so she wouldn't get hurt).
