We are fortunate to have a beautiful pool that was built by Cooleys Custom Pools. Not only was the end product beautiful, but the entire process surpassed our expectations. We had heard many horror stories about how difficult having a pool built can be, and how once it is completed, you are left alone with no communication with the builder. Our experience was just the opposite. We found Cooleys Custom Pools to always be dependable; they were always there to supervise any sub-contractors that were working on our pool. They did all their own plumbing and made sure it was done right. All the materials they used were superior. We have to say, mostly, what impressed us was that if we had any questions, they were always readily available to be reached. Also, Sean is really just an all around nice guy to work with!

Sean and Michelle,
 This letter is long overdue. We've had the pool for over a year now and couldn't speak highly enough of the pool, its design, construction, installation and Cooley Custom Pools personnel.
Prior to installing the pool we completed construction of a 5,200 sq. ft. home with a contractor. I couldn't say how many times there were delays or problems with construction. This never occurred with Cooley Custom Pools. Even after construction, Sean has always been available with advice and assistance.
I've attached a few pictures of our pool and waterfall. I couldn't tell you the number of times we're sitting in the house or on our patio, just listening to the waterfalls in the backyard. This is one of the main reasons my wife is continually saying "I love my house, pool and backyard". Did I mention the beach entry? We have young grandchildren who love to visit and of course wade in the pool and swim with their parents.
While this is our second home with a pool, the kids considered it a treat when I took my annual swim. While working on the landscaping, I've found myself taking nightly swims to cool off.
Our experience with home construction has not been as enjoyable but our experience with Cooley Custom Pools is totally the opposite. I couldn't speak highly enough of Michelle and Sean and am happy to be a reference or show the pool to anyone interested.
